We were asked to perform at Monsoon‘s 40th birthday party, which was a real honour. The dress code for the guests was either Bollywood (as the founder was Indian and their clothing is Indian inspired) or 1970s, as it was 40 years ago when the company first started. So as you can imagine all the guests looked great!

The party featured a palm reader, a snake dancer, music, food and stalls selling cheap Monsoon clothes and jewellery. We did two sets of Bollywood performances and a workshop where loads of people got up onto the stage and were really into the dance – it was a great event to be part of.
